At Floral Street, we want you to be completely enamored with your new fragrance; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed or used.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.
Pack Your Fragrance
Carefully place the unused item in its original floral-print box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
