Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all Floral Street products are 100% vegan and PETA-certified cruelty-free. We never test on animals and do not use any animal-derived ingredients.
How long will my perfume last once applied?
Our fragrances are crafted with a 20% oil concentration (Eau de Parfum), typically providing a beautiful scent trail for 6 to 8 hours depending on your skin chemistry.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and express shipping options. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that due to safety regulations, perfumes must be shipped via ground transportation.
Can I return a fragrance if I don't like the scent?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. To ensure you love the scent before opening the full size, we recommend purchasing our Discovery Set first.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Sustainability is at our core. Our fragrance boxes are made from compostable wood pulp, and our glass bottles are fully recyclable. We use zero-plastic outer packaging whenever possible.
